Audi A6 turns heads in red at Detroit auto show

In sea of silver and white cars, Audi tried to get the new A6 sedan to break through at the North American International Auto Show by showing it in red. Lots of red.The idea apparently was to showcase all that red-hot performance under the hood of the new A6, the luxury midsize sedan which comes to dealerships in the next few months.Its two gas engines offer either 177 horsepower or 300 horsepower. A hybrid with a V-6 engine will follow.The car is extra nimble because of Audi's efforts to save weight. Like the bigger A8, the new A6 will come packed with technology as well.-usatoday.com
