Audi R8 RS: First ever spy shots?

Are these the first ever spy shots of the ultimate Audi R8, the Audi R8 RS? We are not so sure about the naming, but the car looks stunning!

World-first glimpse of ultimate R8, range-topper promises 600bhp, lighter body and even more driver-focused performance.
Take a close look at the images and you’ll see that as well as the Audi motorsport-style stripes and an all-new ground-hugging front splitter and side skirts, the prototype gets a plastic engine cover and huge side air intakes lifted directly from the R8 LMS racing car.

But perhaps the most intriguing modification is the way the exhausts exit just below tail-lamp height in the centre of the rearbumper – leaving gaping holes where the standard pipes would be.
