The voyage continues for Chrysler’s MPV! These spy shots reveal that the American firm is working on an updated version of the Voyager minivan, ready for a 2011 release.
Up front designers have given the newcomer a grille lifted from the 2009 Chrysler 200C EV concept car as well as an all-new bumper which is more rounded than on the model it replaces.
Despite camouflage on the rear suggesting otherwise, the size of the tail-lights hasn’t actually changed; they have, however been redesigned to include LEDs. Expect a few minor tweaks to the rear bumper as well.
A shot of the interior reveals Chrysler have made some big changes. There’s a new steering wheel with more buttons and an updated instrument cluster. The navigation screen is now larger and the center stack below it has been redesigned.
Under the bonnet, the big news is the addition of a 3.6-litre V6 mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. -autoexpress.
