Dressed up Proton Exora President wins award

PT Proton Edar Indonesia (PEI) received the Best Dressed-Up MPV Model Award from Car Tuning Guide at the 18th Indonesia International Motor Show, specifically for modifications to its latest car model, the Exora President.
Winning the same award in 2009 for the Exora Prime, the latest award confirms Proton’s expertise in MPV modification. “Our objective is to show the spaciousness and versatility of the already-proven best value Exora coupled with the expertise of our local vendors and contractors that are automotive-related. The result is to make available an MPV model in the level of luxury yet at an affordable price to the Indonesian market, which we are confident can benefit and appreciate our offer,” said Ricky Too, PT Proton Edar Indonesia president director.
The modified four-seater MPV, displayed at the Proton booth in Hall A11 of the Jakarta International Expo in Kemayoran, received firm indications of at least 15 bookings during the exhibition. Proton plans to release a six-seater version in the near future.
The Exora President is priced at Rp 350 million for manual transmission and Rp 360 million for automatic. With the requirement of a minimum 10 percent down payment, Proton is looking forward to elevated sales.thejakartapost.
