Lotus will unveil their new E21 at their factory at Enstone in Britain on Monday night AEDT, the event being streamed live on the team's YouTube channel.
The launch will be the first of a flurry as the sport's 11 teams gear up for the start of pre-season testing, which kicks off at the Jerez circuit in southern Spain on February 5.
McLaren will be the next team to debut their new car at their Technology Centre on the last day in January, while last year's title protagonists Ferrari and Red Bull will also unveil their new cars at their respective headquarters in early February.
The Italian team have announced that their star driver Fernando Alonso will skip the first Jerez test, instead getting his first taste of the 2013 Ferrari at the first Barcelona test starting on February 19.
Equally, Red Bull are giving Mark Webber the first drive of the new RB9 at Jerez, while reigning three-time F1 champion Sebastian Vettel will get his turn later during the four-day test.
So far Marussia is the only team yet to announce a special unveiling for their new car, but despite releasing lead driver Timo Glock due to funding issues they maintain their MVR-03 is on schedule to debut at the first Jerez test.
