Volkswagen, one of the largest car manufacturer in the world today, is planning on launching their 2 seater UP! small car in India. VW first unveiled UP! at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show. It is now believed that Volkswagen thinks the time is right for them to launch UP!.
